Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over £50 via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our practical solutions. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bleaches
- Detergent and Fabric Softeners
- Opened Commercial and Janitorial supplies
Return Process
- Contact us within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your request
- Include your order number, item details, and reason for return
- Wait for approval – we’ll email return instructions within 2 business days
- Package your return securely (original packaging preferred)
- Ship to our Coventry warehouse (address provided upon approval)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- Standard shipping fees apply unless the exchange is due to our error
